Delays
Obstetrics and Gynecology often involves emergency procedures, surgical delays, and deliveries. We ask for your understanding, and if we are running behind schedule, our staff may attempt to notify you.

Cancellations
We request that you arrive promptly for your visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are running late, please call the office as soon as possible. Cancellations without 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Before Your Appointment
Please be sure to bring your current insurance card and your driver’s license, particularly if your insurance has changed or you are a new patient. The doctor will not be able to see you if you do not have your insurance card.

Please bring payment as payment of any insurance copays or other fees is due at the time services are rendered. The office accepts cash, and most major credit cards.
